Q: What is the return/exchange policy?
All sales are FINAL. Please ensure you have placed your order correctly before checkout.

Q: What method of shipping do you use?
We ship ALL of our orders via standard Canada Post mail. This saves YOU money in excessive shipping charges. If you’d like speedier shipping with tracking and insurance, we can provide you this option but there will be an additional cost based upon your location. Please click the “Contact” link to inquire.

Q: Where do you ship?
Worldwide.

Q: I just placed my order. How long does it take to arrive?
Typically, North American orders (Canada and USA) will arrive within 5-7 business days via Air. International orders typically take about 2-3 weeks. Larger orders such as t-shirts typically take a little longer because it’s shipped by surface. In our experience, we’ve never had an International order exceed 4-6 weeks. Again, if you want it right away contact us and we’ll give you a quote on faster shipping methods.

Q: Can you combine shipping if I order multiple items?
Yes, we typically adjust shipping charges and refund accordingly if you order multiple items. Don’t be alarmed if the shipping is high, we’ll adjust it so you pay exactly what it costs to ship.

Q: What’s the sizing on the tees?
ALL Mens T-shirts are body width: S=18″, M=20″, L=22″, XL=24″, 2XL=26″.  ALL Womens T-shirts are body width: XS=14 1/2, S=15 3/4, M=16 1/4, L=17 1/4,

Q: What form of payment do you take?
Paypal. Please ensure your Paypal shipping address is confirmed/verified and 100% correct to the proper international mailing format (ENGLISH ONLY). If you’re unsure, check with your local post office. Don’t use Google translate, it won’t give you the correct answer. We can’t help you if you don’t get your item due to an incorrect mailing address you supplied.

Q: Will you restock sold out items?
Stickers in a special colorway are not reproduced again, so get them while they last! Our staple colors will typically be reproduced on the next season’s run. Limited edition apparel does not get reproduced – period.
